NOTE FROM TRANSCRIBER: the original handwriting seems to be that of Mr. Nisbett.  There seems to be one or two other people adding late entries to the original text. Visual inspection clearly shows one other handwriting style and use of other pens and pencils. These late entries are interesting and informative, but sometimes only restate a part of a name (as if suggesting other spelling).

These  restatements are excluded in this transcription. 

Death dates are questionable with a high reoccurrence of the number 6. An alternate interpretation of 6
