Land Records---To submit land records....email me.James. M. Butler to Noah Parris (Submitted by Jerry L. Butler) This indenture made the 27th day of February in the year of our Lord 1860, Between James M. Butler & Amanda E. C. Butler of the first part, and Noah Parris of the second part witnesseth, That the said part of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and forty Dollars to us in had paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these Presents sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said part of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, The following tracts or parcels of land known as the East half of the North East fourth of Section seven and the west half of the North West fourth of Section eight all of Township 14 of Range nine west containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belong or in any wise appertaining and also all the estate right title interest claim or demand whatever of James M. Butler and Amanda E. C. Butler, the parties of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises, and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold to the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns to the whole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said part of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part, for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby warrant and will forever defend the title of the above bargained premises to Noah Parris his heirs and assigns free from the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whomsoever, as also the claim of the General Government.

Butler his wife whose name is signed to the foregoing conveyance who is known to me acknowledged before me on this day that being informed of the contents of the conveyance they executed the same voluntarily on the day the same bears date. Alabama, Know all men by these presents that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Two Dollars & 20, in hand paid by John N Boshell, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we do grant Bargain sell and convey unto the said John N. Boshell the following real estate to wit The E ½ of the NE ¼ of Section 7 & W ½ of NW ¼ of Sec 8 all in T 14 R 9 west containing one hundred & sixty acres more or less to have and to hold to the said John N. Boshell his heirs and assigns forever and we do for heirs executors and administrators do warrant and defend the title of the above bargained premises to the said John N. Boshell his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals on this 31 day of December 1881

Enis a Justice of the peace in said County & State do hereby verify that on the 31st day of December 1881 came before me the within named Mary Ann Parris known to me the wife of the said Noah Parris who being by me examined separate from the husband touching her signature to the within Deed acknowledged that she signed the same on her own free will accord and without fear constraint or threats on the part of her husband. In witness whereof I hereof have unto set my hand this 31st day of December 1881 Win M. Enis, J. P.
