Phillip& Joe Tackett

Photo belonged to Jane Henry Jackson Shelton Bigham.  She was my grandmother's grandmother.  
She was somehow related to Phillip Tackett and had a picture of him in her photo album.  
 "Grandma Bigham" was born 1805 and died in 1895.  She is buried in the Jackson Cemetery
