	Complainant would state and show unto you Honor as follows:
1st-That Complainant is a bonafide resident of the State of Alabama, and has been such
Resident for more than three years next before the filing of this bill of complaint,
and is over the age of twenty one years, and that Respondent is a resident of the State
of Alabama, over the age of tewenty one years.
2nd- That Complainant and Respondent intermarried together in the year 1900, and lived
together as husband and wife for about twenty years, and while so living together as
such husbands and wife , and without fault on the part of husband, the said Respondent
Voluntarily abandonment the bed and board of Complainant, in the year 1920, and that such
said abandonment has been continuous and unineterrupted for more than two years next
before the filing of this bill of complaint.
3rd- The premises considered the Complainant prays this Honorable Court to issue the 
necessart and proper processes of the Court to make said Respondent party Respondent to 
this bill of complaint, and that upon the final submission of the proof and facts in
the cause, that Complainant be relieved from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between Complainant and Respondent, and for relief generally.
Complainant asks a decree by the Court to allow him to again contract marriage, and will ever pray etc. 
Note: 
	The Respondent is required to answer each section and paragraph of this foregoing
bill, but oath to same is hereby waived.

You are hereby commanded to summon Mary Goodwin to appear and answer, plead or demur, 
within thirty daus from service hereof, to the Bill of Complaint filed in said
Circuit COurty of Equity, for said County, By J.F. Goodwin against Mary Goodwin.
Herein fail not. Due return make of this writ as the law directs.
Witness this 28 day of August 1925.

In this case it being made to appear to the Register that a Summons requiring the
Defendant Mary Goodwint o appear and plead to, answer or demur to the Bill of Complaint
in this cause within thrity days from the service os said Summons upon her was served
upon her by the Sheriff of Colbert County, on the 24th day of Sept., 1925, and the said
Defendant having filed plead, answer or demur to the said Bill, to the date hereof, it
is now, therefore, on motion of Complainant, ordered, and decreed that the said Bill of
Complaint in this case be, and it hereby is in all things taken as sonfessed against the
said Mary Goodwin, Defendant aforesaid.
