[email protected] I was looking at the LC cemeteries on your site & wanted to add to it. The following information is from the book, ALMON BRANCH, SEEKING NEW FRONTIERS, by Eddie Almon Redmon-Hilliard. Five graves in the Almon Cemetery were moved from the Old Brown's School Cemetery (sometimes called Hebron and Almon). They were Nathaniel Almon, Elizabeth Caroline Almon, 2 infant Almons and Lorenzo Dow Almon (b. 1810). Old Brown's School Cemetery (3-4- miles S.W. Moulton, Alabama) Young children of Nathaniel & Ruth Reneau Almon, believed to be buried there, listed in their order of birth: George C. Almon b. 2-12-1841 d. 11-21-1841 Mary E. Almon b. 5-30-1844 d. 6-17-1844 Nancy J. Almon b. 12-29-1847 d. 9-1-1858 Infant (name & sex unknown) b. 3-4-1849 d. 3-25-1849 Parthenia I. Almon b. 2-21-1852 d. 7-1-1852 |
