Alexander-Welborn & (Old
Alexander) Cemetery

The Alexander-Welborn is a combined
cemetery. It is listed on Lawrence CO.
Ala maps as seperate, Wilborn, Alexander, Old Alexander, but they
are together
The Old Alexander is less 1/4 mile from the Alexander-Welborn, it
is grown up with trees and brush.
They have since moved some of the graves from the Old Alexander
cemetery to the
new Alexander (Alexander-Welborn Cemetery), there are still
graves in
the Old Alexander Cemetery , but only 4 graves had headstones
with readable markings
them. The other graves are either marked but small stones ar not
at all.
But according to other people ,like Rickey Butch Walker, there
are still many graves there.
