Go to Descendants of Erastus Grief Alexander

This is the family of Erastus Grief and Margaret Edeller Webb Alexander.  From left to right: Will, Myrtle, Beulah, Alta, Hill, Della (Edeller), Ras (Erastus), Bud, Elig (Elijah Alexander, Ras' father), Iza, John and Flurry (Francis Florida Humphries Alexander, Ras' mother).  The photograph was taken in June 1910 in Fayette County's Stonewall Precinct, near the old Fayette Highway (State Hwy. 43).  Ras and Deller celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary 22 June 1910. 

The original photograph is in the possession of Wayne Alexander of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  Wayne is the son of Will Alexander (top left).
