Mary Augusta Owens Nichols Obituary

Mary Augusta Nichols; a daughter of Evans Owens. She was born in Montgomery County, Alabama, May 10, 1844. In the year 1858 she moved into the western portion of Pike County, now Crenshaw. She married Issac M. Nichols August 30, 1865, by Elder R. T. Webb. She received a sweet hope in Christ in the year 1870. She joined the Primitive Baptist Church in Darien, Crenshaw County and was baptized July 24, 1898. She was the mother of seven children. She died august 20, 1903. She was laid to rest in New Harmony Cemetery.
