Clayton Wright Cook, 75, of Rt. 1, Evergreen, died Saturday, March 23, 1996 at his residence. Mr. Cook was a member of Lyeffion Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Monday, march 25, 1996 at 11:00 a.m.. from the Lyeffion Baptist Church with the Rev. Ray Armstrong officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, Cope Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include one brother, David Cook, Sr., Evergreen and one sister, Ruby Reeves, Evergreen.
