Located approximately 4 miles SE of the Town of Leighton, AL, in the SE ¼ of Section 27, Township 4S, Range 9W. This is the area NW of the intersection of Lile Lane and Cotton Town Road. The cemetery is located in a grove of trees on a hill. There are many markers unidentifiable due to the ravages of weather and time. It appears there could be more than a hundred graves in the area. Those markers identifiable are listed below with the inscriptions verbatim, unless in parenthesis.
