- Sam Adams: owned by William Cleveland; sold away to an unknown location
- wife Silvy: owned by William Cleveland; sold away to TX (maybe Huston)
- daughter Mary: b. ~1846 in St. Louis; owned by William Cleveland, then purchased by Will Adams
- daughter: d. ~1850 at 9 months old, beat to death by Polly Cleveland
- George Henry: slave of Will Adams given to William Cleveland in exchange for Mary
- Note: William Cleveland took slaves to TX to sell. Would use slaves as collateral for loans, and before his loans were paid, he'd sell the slave for money and tell the debtor that the slave had escaped.
