KRANKOWSKY, Helen On January 20, 1998 Mrs. Helen Krankowsky of St. Paul passed away
at the age of 80 years. She is survived by three sons and four daughters, Steve (Marie-Ange),
Raymond (Linda), Albert (Deanna), and Jean (Mike) Wysocki, all of St. Paul, Mary (Peter) Mistol
of Elk Point, Irene Starkevich of St. Paul, and Lorraine (Marion) Tchir of Spedden; 17 grandchildren;
eight great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Harry (Julia) of St. Paul and Lena (Harry)
Hodinsky of Bonnyville and three sisters-in-law, Rosie Petruk of St. Paul, Mary Petruk of Vegreville
and Jean Petruk of Vernon, B.C. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Tony in 1985; one
daughter, Lorraine in 1941; one son-in-law, Ed Starkevich in 1993; her parents, Alex and Sophie
Petruk; five brothers, John, Bill, Tom, Andrew and Mike; and one sister, Mary Topechka. Prayer
Service Friday, January 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Yewchin's Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Funeral Service
Saturday, January 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Yewchin's Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Sam Donaldson
officiating with interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Lac Bellevue. If friends so desire, donations to the
St. Paul and Area Palliative Care Association would be greatly appreciated. Yewchin's Funeral Chapel
