All Saints was built 1864-66 by William Clissold of Stroud. It is of stone with a Cotswold stone roof. It consists of a nave with south porch and west bellcote, chancel and north vestry, all in a simple13th C style. There is a quatrefoil-shaped stone font in the church on a circular stone plinth. The church was built on the site of an old workhouse and occupies a rural location high above the Nailsworth valley.
