Oakridge Lynch is an old weavers' settlement with several typical Cotswold stone 17th and 18th Century cottages. St. Bartholomew's Church was built 1835 - 37 for Rev. Thomas Keble as an outlier to the large Bisley parish. It has a simple embattled tower and is typical of its date being ashlar-faced with buttresses and broad lancet windows. The triplet east window is by Joseph Bell & Son.
