St. John the Baptist's Church at Huntley is a Grade 1 Listed Building of national importance with an elaborate and highly decorative Victorian interior. The font pediment displays the emblems of the four Evangelists - the ox, lion, eagle and human. Coloured pillars support the bowl. The tower, dating from the 12th Century, is the oldest part of the church. The spire was added by the famous designer S. S. Teulon in 1863.
