St. Mary's at Great Barrington has Norman, Early English and Perpendicular features. There is a fine monument to Countess Talbot by Nollekins. There is also a pathetic marble group of two children - members of the Bray family - who both died of smallpox, the girl in 1711 and the boy in 1720. Although the subject matter is sad, the quality of this sculpture by Christopher Cass is very good.
Many former encumbents of nearby Park House are commemorated in the church.
