St. Andrew's Church at Chedworth has a striking Perpendicular style facade forming the south wall of the nave. The font is Norman, tub-shaped and has a pattern of interlacing arches. The sculpture of the Madonna and Child is by Helen Frazer Rock. Fragments of 15th Century stained glass are illustrated on this page. These fragments have now been used to form new patterns. The 17th Century manor is also seen here looking through the gateway that connects the manor grounds with the churchyard. Chedworth itself is a long straggly village extending for about a mile along a wooded valley. There are numerous Cotswold stone cottages.
