Martha d. Johnson, 95, of Franklin, died May 6, 2005, at Pendleton Nursing Home, Franklin.
A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday at 11;30 a.m. at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Franklin with Rev. Kenneth Haines officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pendleton County Rescue Squad or Pendleton Nursing Home.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Basagic Funeral Home, Franklin.
