Ronald Dale Weaver
Ronald Dale Weaver, age 47 of Brandywine passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at his residence.
He was born in Laurel, MD on June 21, 1965, the son of Jack A. and Wilma June (Carpenter) Weaver of
Brandywine.Mr. Weaver was a member of the Brandywine First Baptist Church, he attended Franklin High School and
Eastern Mennonite High School. He had worked for Hanover Shoe, Advantage Foods, and Purdue Poultry.Also surviving are a sister, Teresa Adamson and husband Ben of Ft. Seybert; a brother, Timothy Weaver and
wife Deborah of Brandywine; his friend and companion for 25 years, William Ratlief of Petersburg; three nieces; a nephew; five great nieces; and 8 great nephews.Funeral services were held Monday at the Brandywine First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike McCauley
officiating. Interment was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Brandywine.Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Brandywine. Memories and words of comfort may be left

Rev. Alvin Lee Guyon
Rev. Alvin Lee Guyon, age 81, of Keyser passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Western Maryland Hospital
in Cumberland, MD.He was born on September 20, 1931 in North Irwin, PA, the son of the late Joseph Guyon and Agnes (Faulkner)
Guyon.Rev. Guyon was a United Methodist Minister who retired in 1995 after serving 44 years in various Churches in
West Virginia. He graduated from WV Wesleyan College with a Bachelor degree in Religious Studies and received a Masters in Divinity from Drew University School of Theology in New Jersey.His wife of 52 years, Lila Lee (Sigley) Guyon, preceded him in death on February 25, 2008.
Surviving are one daughter, Vivian Marie Curtis and husband, Richard, of Laxahatchee, FL; one son, Marshall
Guyon and wife, Alice Ann, of Petersburg; one sister, Sue Keck and husband, Jack, of State College, PA; two grandchildren, Casasandra Poling and Bobby Curtis and two great-grandchildren.A memorial service was held Sunday at the Grace United Methodist Church in Keyser with Rev. James McCune
