John C. Thomas (1880) and Palmyra/Polly Wyatt Thomas (1884-1956).
Their children were: Lillian, Roxy, Earnest, Charles, Preston,

- I am looking for Rhea family history. I have a John Rhea
b abt 1760 location unknown. I have seen somewhere a John Rhea
that came to Washington County VA with his cousin William. (
I don't know if this is my John but I would like to know, there
is a story behind this family that goes well with a story my
family has passed down for generations.) Any information would
be appreciated. John had a son named Joseph, his son James, his
son Abijah, his son James Northcross Ray (believed to be the
one to change spelling) , his son Haskell was my papaw.

1830. I have found a William Shoemaker in Washington county's

- Looking for parents of Sarah Phelps Gobble. Sarah Phelps
was born in 1824 in Washington County, married John Gobble in
1840 in Washington County. I only know of one daughter,Elizabeth,
born in 1843.

Mary Jane Snyder b.1797 in TN. They lived in Washington County
Abingdon Glade Spring area. Trying to find Whitney's birth place
to find who his parents were so I an try to trace family back

- Seeking information on Anderson "Ance" COOK b.1814
in unknown, listed in Russell Co., VA in 1830. It is possible
his parents were from Washington Co., VA Any information is appreciated.
He was married to three known wives last names were Thacker/Thatcher,

- I'm looking for the address of the James McCann/Lydia Rosenbalm
home. They lived in it from about 1840-1870. It was located in
Leplo. It sits beside an old log house which is the Rambo house.
I live in NY and would like an address, so I can make a trip

in Washington County, Va., District 199. I'm hoping this pertains
to Capt. James Allison and wife Sarah Fannin Allison and their
son Abraham K. Allison. If anyone has information about these

- Looking for information on Jeremiah Boy who might be a close
relative of Jacob Boy, who came to Washington-Sullivan Co area
about 1792. They previous lived in Loudoun Co Va where Jacob
Boy enlisted in the REv War. Also looking for info on Jeremiah
Boyd, sometimes Boy, who with wife Margaret, lived in Washington
Co up to about 1820 when Jeremiah Died. Jeremiah Boy-Boys of
Loudoun CO is my GGGrandfather and he lived in Wythe and Russell,
passing in Russell CO in 1864. This may be the same persons or
