SEVIER posted by Jerry
Halstead on Sunday, December 5, 1999
- I believe my grandmother, Frances Adeline Campbell Halstead
was born in Chilhowie, Washington County, VA on 1/10/1878. I
believe her parents to be Rev James Charles Campbell and Eliza
Ann Fields Campbell, both born in Lebanon, Russell County, VA.
James Charles Campbell is supposed to be the youngest son of
Winnie Sevier Campbell, who is supposed to be the youngest daughter
of General John Sevier. Any relevant information about these
people would be greatly appreciated.
