    Dozens of accolades are coming the way of former Seguinite, Janice Woods Windle of El Paso, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilton Woods of this city.
    She was named one of six "Outstanding El Paso Women for 1975."  Being the director of El Paso's Bicentennial Committee she aims to encourage the participation of ever citizen in El Paso as a volunteer, participant or spectator in that city's celebration of the 200th anniversary of their city.
    Mrs. Windle received her degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and Austin.  She received two graduate scholarships from the National Conference of Christians and Jews.
    She was named the Volunteer of the Year by the Junior League of El Paso in 1967 and 1974.
    Her Community service record includes being named president of the El Paso Mental HEalth Association and a member of the state association's board of directors, chairman of the board of Casa Blanca Halfway House, area chairman of Region 4 of Texas United Community Services and member of the Community Planning Committee of United Way.
    She serves on the board of directors for Sunshine Day Nursery, Urban Coalition Child Treatment Center, Kathy White Woman's National Democratic Club and Auxiliary to El Paso Bar Association.  For Two years she served as a weekly docent of El Paso Museum of Art.
    She resides at 6148 Pino Real with her husband, Wayne and their three children, Wayne, Virginia and Charles.  Her hobby is collecting Mexican folk art.
