Will of James J. WILSON, deceased
Know all men by these presents, that I, James J. WILSON of Weakley County and state of Tennessee being in very bad health but of sound mind do hereby make this my last will.  I, having a small interest in a tract of land lying in the state of Tennessee and county of Marshall, whereon my mother now lives named Jane POLERSON, which land was given her by my father James WILSON, and said land belongs to me and my brothers and sisters at my mother's death.  Now it is my will that my wife Mary A. WILSON and my four youngest children, William WILSON, Mary Louisa, Margaret C. and Ada L., have my interest in said land or the proceeds of said land after the same may be sold, and after the same may be converted into money.  I wish the same to be laid out in a piece of land under the direction and will of my wife Mary A., for the use of her and my four children jointly during her widowhood.  Should she marry, then the use of the same to go to my four children above named jointly.
