Will of R.F. TRANTHAM, deceased
Weakley County, Tennessee, May 5th 1876.  I, R. F. TRANTHAM of said county and state of aforesaid, do publish this my last will and testament.  First, I hereby constitute this my last will and testament.

First, I hereby constitute and appoint W.C. NEWBERRY as sole Executor of this my last will, directing my Executor to collect all dues appertaining to my estate, and to expend the same for the maintenance, support and education of my two daughters, Neathis and Deliah, as he may
see their necessities may require it.
