Will of Solomon SEDEWICK

(page 192) 
Last Will and Testament of SOLOMON SEDEWICK 

I, SOLOMON SEDEWICK do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made - 

First, I direct that so much of my perishable property as may be sufficient be sold and that my just debts be paid out of the proceeds thereof. 

Secondly, I give and bequeath all the remainder of my property of every description to my beloved wife FANEY PENELOPE during her natural life and at her death to be equally divided among my children - 

Thirdly, should JOHN MESSICK think proper he is at liberty to clear land, build houses and make such other improvements on any part of my unimproved land as he may think proper and remain on and cultivate the same during the lifetime of my sister SOPHIAH MESSICK free of rent or charges of any description whatever - 

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint JOHN DEWEY [maybe Drewry]my executor and FANEY PENELOPE SEDWICK my executrix in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 29th day of June, 1939.
