Will of John PICKARD, deceased

On the 2nd day of December 1887 John PICKARD, deceased, in his last sickness and at his own habitation in Weakley County, Tennessee, declared in the presence of the undersigned whom he especially requested to bear witness thereto, that his will was as follows.  That the youngest son James A. PICKARD should have one bed and bedding, one horse, bridle and saddle as the other children had had.  And that his will was that all the remainder of his personal property should be sold and divided equally among all his children, to wit, Francis PICKARD, Mary E. KELSO, wife of E.R. KELSO; Martha J. STEPHENSON, wife of S.M. STEPHENSON, and James A. PICKARD.  That it was his desire that the said Travis PICKARD, R.E. KELSO and S.M. STEPEHNSON act as his Executors and wind up his matters without giving bond.  The said John PICKARD died on the 3rd day of December 1887.  Written and signed by us on the 13th day of December 1887.
