Will of James OLD, deceased
September the 5th 1851
This my last will and testament.  1st, I give and bequeath my soul to God who gave it.  2nd, I will to my son Edwin, one hundred acres of the tract of land which I now live on, bound as follows by George McWHERTER, James McWHERTER, B. U. HART lands.  The ballance of my land and all my other property is to be sold and divided equally among my children, and I do hereby make and appoint my son William OLD and Edwin A. OLD, Executors of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof, I, James OLD, the Testator, do set my hand and fix my seal this the date above written.
