Will of Elizabeth MORRIS

Will of Elizabeth MORRIS, deceased

I, Elizabeth MORRIS, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.  First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid
as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.  Second, I give and bequeath to my three sons J.A. LANE, W.A. LANE, and J.M. LANE, to be equally divided between them, all of my land.  Third, I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Ella LANE, one bed and bedstead, three quilts, one bolster and two pillows.  fourth, I give and bequeath to my grandson Henry B. LANE, one bed and bedstead, three quilts, one bolster and two pillows.  Fifth, I give and bequeath to my son J.M. LANE, my bureau.  Sixth, I give and bequeath to my son W.A. LANE, all the balance or remainder of my household and kitchen furniture.  Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint W.A. LANE, my Executor.  In witness whereof, I do to this my will set my hand this 16th day of october 1886.

Note: In the will of Frances A. FOWLER she gives to her bodily heirs, also Rufus C. MORRIS (I think he is son in law) equal shares.  Also Mary A. MORRIS bodily heirs......dated 4 February 1887....pj
