that my daughter Mary Jane, Hannah E., Nancy T. and my son William C., have three hundred and twenty dollars worth of land or as near its worth as  possible as that given to those whom have left me. 

Also that my grandson Prince Joseph FOWLER, have three hundred and seventy  dollars worth of land provided he lives to be of age 21 years old.

And that my beloved wife Sarah Catherine have the remainder of my lands,  including the dwelling house and all of my personal property, after paying  all my just debts with the request that she give to those whom have not had  their part until all is made equal. 

And that my son Philemon A. be my Executor without being required to give security, this the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and  eighty-seven.
