Will of S. B. AYRES, deceased I devise all my property, real and personal, to my beloved wife Mary (except my lands in Virginia which is given to my children equally), to be used and controlled absolutely as her own as she sees fit, trusting to her affection for our children, to do what is just, proper and right to them, and of the property thus devised to her.  I appoint my said wife and my brother W. L. AYRES, my Executors, and desire that they give no bond as such, this October 1st 1877.
