To all whom it may concern. This is to impower J. T. GROOMS and R. P. GROOMS [Rice Pierce] my only sons, to take charge of all my property both personal and real at my death, it being my desire and last will and testament for the above names J. T. and R. P. GROOMS  to take immediate charge of all my effects and settle all of my business lawfully and without favor or partiality to any of my lawful hers and it is will hat they be appointed administrators after my death and they settle all of my affairs forever.

I, G. T. MAYO, County Court Clerk for Weakley County Tennessee certify that at the June Term of said court 1897 the above and forgoing paper written purporting to be the last will and testament of J. M. GROOMS, deceased, was by this court set up probated and declared to be the last will and testament of the said J. M. GROOMS deceased and ordered to be recorded.
