I Elizabeth Deuberry of the county of Weakley and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner and from following:

First I give and bequeath to my daughter Sallie HOUSE five dollars and the remainder of my effects to be equally divided between my three other children to wit: Mildred CAMPBELL and D. A. DEUBERRY and W. C. DEUBERRY at my demise in testimony where of I have this day assigned my last will and testament contained on this sheet of paper subscribed my name and affixed my seal this January 12th 1887
