Littlefield celebrated her ninety-second birthday. The occasion was the annual family reunion which has been held for many years. She was the recipient of congratulations from hosts of friends and relatives. Mrs. Littlefield has retained her faculties to a remarkable degree and talks about pioneer days with much interest. She well remembers when the Indians were here. Mrs. Littlefield is the mother of 10 children. She has 77 grandchildren, 133 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. She is seen above with the five generations in her family, Mrs. Paralee Newell, aged 68, Van Newell, aged 45, Mrs. Hattie Meek, aged 23, and Hillard Meek, aged one year. This is the only McNairy County family known to have five generations.
