The Bible of the above is in the possession of Becky Stewart. The Bible was printed by American Bible Society, New York, 1891. It is in tack, with front and back covers. On the front 2nd page of the Bible is written: Lue E. Bowers's Book, Presented by her father L. B. Carter, Feb. 14, 1892. Price $1.00. Pressed between pages are locks of hair, one tied with a red ribbon, one with a pink ribbon, I have no ideal who they might belong. Frank and Lue Bowers were my Grandparents.
