This was given to us by our great Aunt Velma DeGraw ( she was the wife of Otis Degraw )
Otis is in the picture with his 8th grade graduation class. Otis was born in 1910 ) so picture taken abt 1925
Otis was the son of Byron & Katie DeGraw of Taloga
