This index is of records of the Cowling-Truman Funeral Home and covers the period from 21 November 1907 through 26 December 1973 with the exception of records from 1925 to July 1934. These records are missing. Included in this index are records from the Wadsworth Funeral Home of Lorain, Ohio covering the periods from June 1917 to April 1920 and records from the Beelman-Sharpe Funeral Home, Mansfield, Ohio from 1 July 1913 through 2 June 1924. These records are also at the Cowling-Truman Funeral Home and are indexed separately and alphabetically showing the funeral date of persons in the records. Copies of the complete record can be obtained from the Wellington Genealogy Group.
