Seneca Advertiser, Oct 12 1871, pg. 3, col. 3- MARRIED- On October 10th, 1871, by Rev. J.F. Remmund, Mr. Franklin Cramer and Miss Sarah M. Kemp, both of this county.

Sandusky Weekly Register, November 15 1873, pg. 3, col. 4- Mr. Daniel Kemp and Miss Sallie Startzman were married Wednesday night in Tiffin.

Seneca Advertiser, March 1874- MARRIED- On March 12th, 1874, at the residence of the bride's father, by Rev. J.C. Ogle, Mr. Charles M. Kemp and Miss Mary A. Brosius, all of Seneca Co. O.

Seneca Advertiser, Jan. 18 1877, pg. 5, col. 4- MARRIED- On the 18th inst. by the Rev. L.H. Kefauver, Mr. Simon F. Barrick to Miss Ella E. Kemp, both of Eden Township.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, Apr. 12 1889, pg. 4, col. 5- MARRIED- At St. Paul's parsonage, Thursday evening, April 11, 1889, Mr. J. C. Kemp and Mrs. Anna E. Jack. Rev. W.F. McDowell officiating. The Tribune extends congratulations.

 

Tiffin Daily Tribune, June 27 1889, pg. 4, col. 5- MARRIED- KIPKA-KEMP- At Fostoria, on Tuesday, June 25, by Rev. J.I. Murphy, Mr. Otto Kipka and Miss Amelia Kemp.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, December 28 1891, pg. 4, col. 5- EDWARDS-KEMP - At the home of the groom's sister, Miss Mary Edwards, Toledo, O., Dec. 21, by Rev. J.H. Cater, pastor of the M.E. church Bettsville, O., George J. Edwards, of Linden, O., and Mrs. Sallie M. Kemp, of Tiffin. Mrs. Sallie M. Kemp has been long and favorably known in Tiffin and vicinity as a successful teacher of vocal and instrumental music, having been a teacher for more than twenty years. She has filled the position as organist in several of the leading churches in the city, but more notably the English Lutheran church most of the time since her childhood days. Some of the most pleasant and successful Christmas and other musical entertainments ever given in this church, of which she is a member, were given under her direction and will ever remain as a monument to her credit. Many friends wish the newly wedded pair a long life of happiness.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, March 21, 1896, pg. 5, col. 4- Married- KEMP-COMER- At the residence of the bride's parents, in Bascom, Seneca county, O., March 18, 1896, by Rev. W.R. Arnold, of the U.B. church, Mr. Joseph L. Kemp, of Fostoria, O., and Miss Melissa, the only daughter of Dr. C.M. and Mrs. Comer, of Bascom, O.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, March 19 1905, pg. 8, col. 2- MARRIED- Sheller-Kemp- Ervin A. Sheller a well known merchant of Fostoria, was united in marriage to Mrs. Melissa Kemp, Tuesday evening, at 8 o'clock, at the home of her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Charles Comer, in Bascom. They will reside in Fostoria.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, March 18, 1909, pg. 8, col. 2- MARRIED- Kemp- Van Gundy- Isaac B. Kemp, a well known resident of Deunquat, and Mrs. Mary E. Van Gundy, of Sycamore, were married in Upper Sandusky, Tuesday afternoon, by Rev. J.W. Byers.

Tiffin Daily Tribune, March 25, 1909, pg. 8, col. 3- Married- At Hotel Reynolds, in Upper Sandusky, Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Isaac Kemp of Deunquat, and Mrs. Mary E. Van Gundy, of Sycamore, the Rev. J.W. Byers performing the ceremony. The news of this marriage came as a complete surprise to the people of Sycamore, yet they are extending their hearty congratulations. Mr. Kemp was a veteran of the Civil war and a member of the Jaqueth Post G.A.R. and with his bride well and favorably known in Sycamore, where they will reside. We wish them many happy years together.

Marriage of Samuel Wilcox and Hazel Hall

Tiffin Daily Tribune, June 25, 1909, pg. 8, col. 2-

MARRIED-WILCOX-HALL-Samuel Wilcox and Miss[sic] Hazel Hall, of Fostoria, were married by Rev. Dr. Swander at his home on Greenfield St., Thursday afternoon, June 24, 1909, at 3:30 o'clock.

**Note: The article should have said Mrs. Hazel Hall. This was a second marriage for both of them. Hazel's maiden name was Jones.
