George Speelman Hillsboro Press Gazette Tuesday Aug. 29, 1972 George Speelman, 72, Leesburg, died Thursday at 11 A. M. at the Greenfield Municipal Hospital. He was born at New Vienna, Dec. 30, 1900 the son of James and Eva Mac Job Speelman. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Carol Miles, Indianapolis, Ind. one sister, Mrs. Kathryn Sword, Wilmington: three brothers, William Leesburg, Charles, Martinsville, and John, Xenia. Services were held Sunday at 1 P. M. at the Rhoades Funeral Home with Rev. Earl C. McKinney officiating and burial in the New Market Baptist Church Cemetery. |
