Obituary

God calls and we must go.
The death angel lays his icy hand
upon our brow and we must answer his call.

Calmly and peacefully, gently sustained and soothed by an un faltering trust in God, Ella fanning passed to her Eternal Rest on Aug. 13, 1952.

We saw you fading like a flower,
But could not make you stay
We nursed you with tender kindness,
Until God called you away.

We lay away the body, but Mother, the best earthly friend, has gone home to that land where there is no sickness or death.

Farewell dear children,
Your mother has gone.
To join the bright Angels
Around the White-Throne,
When you think of your mother,
I want you to know.
That when Jesus called her,
She was ready to go.
Farewell, dear loved ones,
That watched by my side,
Your kindness to me cannot be denied,
For all deeds of kindness and tabor below,
The Lord will reward you, If you are ready to go.
