Thelma I. Blackburn Source: Turner Funeral Homes   Thelma I. Blackburn age 76 of Hillsboro died Thursday, January 1, 2004 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH. She was born July 12, 1927 in Ross County the daughter of the late Robert and Vena Jones Wilson. She was a member of the F.O.E #1161 Auxiliary and a life long mother, wife and homemaker. On July 12, 1962 in Hillsboro she married [omitted] who survives.  [survivers omitted] Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 5, 2004 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow in the New Market Baptist Cemetery. Sidney Clay will officiate. Friends may call 2:00 until 5:00 P.M. with F.O.E. Auxiliary services will be 4:45 P.M.
