Mrs. Ocie
M. Chaney, 84, 249 West Pleasant Street, Hillsboro, died Monday at 8:40 P. M.
Highland District Hospital where she had been confined for a few days.
She was born New Market Township
May 3, 1886 the daughter of Robert and Jennie Wallace Emery.
She is survived by her husband,
Basil, and one brother, N. F. (Snag) Emery, Hillsboro.
Services were held on Thursday at
2 P. M. at the Hope Miller Funeral Home, with Dr. Paul Jones officiating and
burial in New Market Baptist Church Cemetery.
