George V. LAMAREAX, Schuyler co., NY

The original photo was "rescued" from a local antique store and is available to a direct descendant
who can show his/her lineage back to George, and is knowledgeable about the family.
The purchase price and postage (a few dollars) will need to be reimbursed.

On back it says "George V. LAMAREAX, born Nov. 17 1834, Died."
No date of death was given, and the middle initial "V" could be an "N".
Taken by PAYNE, successor to CRUM, Watkins, New York.
This photo was taken after PAYNE bought out CRUM's studios.
The suit appears to be early 20th century.  Spelling of the surname
may differ from record to record but this is how it's written on the back.
George's ancestry is in the LDS records online at www.familysearch.org;
George is probably the son of Lemuel & Millicent of Hector, NY (b. 1845), or
he could be the son (b. 1835) of Robert & Julie Ann (Neal) Lamoreaux of Lodi, NY.
Both Lemuel & Robert were sons of Daniel & Elizabeth (Bloomer) Lamoreaux.
