John J. Klotz, one of the oldest German-American residents
of Syracuse, on Saturday receiving congratulations upon the eighty-fourth
anniversary of his birthday. Mr. Klotz was born in Baden-Baden, Germany
Jan. 6, 1833, and came to Syracuse 67 years ago. He has lived in the city
most of the time since, and at presents makes his home at 310 E. Division
st. (There is a photo of Mr. Klotz included with this announcement.)
