James Judson "Jud" SEELYE, b. Nov 8, 1836, m. Feb 16, 1858, d. September
30, 1909. He married Francis E. OSGOOD, daughter of Artemus OSGOOD.
They
had two children that I know of: Ernest Osgood SEELYE, and George Sheffield
SEELYE.
James Judson joined the
138th New York Volunteers, later designated the
9th Heavy Artillery. I am especially looking for any Civil War information
about him.
