I have been spending a lot of time in Manilus, Clay and Salina looking for the ancestors who aren't easty to trace. This is what I have. Smith WEST b. @1799 m.to Sally KINNE, KINNY, children Mary WEST, Isaac Low WEST, Stephen M. K. WEST b. 1827, Abraham WEST b. 1835, John WEST, George WEST, Charles WEST. Smith WEST possible brother of Asa WEST. Located Smith WEST in Manilus 1830, Clay 1840, and Salina 1850. Would like to share information with anyone researching this family. Also researching Sally KINNE, KINNY mother of Richard KINNE, KINNY and Sally Kinne, Kinny WEST. Found on 1850 census, 80 years old, living with daughter Sally WEST. Would like to share information. Found Smith WEST on 1830 c. in Manilus Found Smith WEST on 1840 c. in Clay Found mother Sally KINNE, KINNY living with Smith and Sally WEST on 1850 c. in Salina. No trace of Smith WEST or Sally Kinne,Kinny WEST, or Sally KINNE, KINNY after this. Mother was 80 on 1850 census so I think she may have died. I think Smith had a brother Asa WEST, and Sally a brother Richard KINNE, KINNY.
