At a meeting at the school House in Onondaga Hollow in the Town and County of Onondaga of sundry persons who usually and statedly attend at the said house for divine worship pursuant to due and lawful notice first given on the Eighth day of November in the year Eighteen hundred & nine - Deacon Joseph Swan and George Hall Esquire were duly elected presiding Officers, Resolved--that the people who usually attend on publick & divine worship in this place be formed into a corporate Society or Body for religious purposes under the name & Style of the Onondaga Hollow Religious Society. Resolved, that the following persons be and are hereby chosen trustees for the said Society for the current years. John Adams, Aaron Bellows, Nicholas Mickles, Thaddeus M. Wood and Joshua Forman. We certify that the above is a true statement of the proceedings had and done at the meeting aforesaid in manner and form as above stated Joseph Swan (L.S.) Geo. Hall (L.S.)
