Orange F. Randall, son of Perry and Mary E. (Bachelder) Randall, was born January 3, 1850, in Stafford. He was reared on a farm and received his education in the common schools and at. Brockport, N. Y. October 17, 1871, he married Sarah F., daughter of John S. and Mary (Rapp) Traver, of Stafford. They have one child, Perry T. Since his marriage he has been actively engaged in farming.
