JAMES A. LE SEUR - OF BATAVIA, NY

James A. Le Seur, the efficient clerk and assistant of Judge North in the surrogate's office, is a native of Brattleboro, Vt., where he was born November 18, 1861. He was married, December 31, 1884, to Miss Carrie Eckler, of Pittsford, N. Y., and came to Batavia in September, 1887, from Boston, Mass.
