Bauer, John, p. o. Oakfield, N. Y., was born in Germany, February 16, 1849, educated in the common schools and has always been a farmer. He came to Oakfield from Germany in 1877, and married Mary they have three children; Fred J., Frank J. and Helen. Mr. Bauer has met with success in his efforts and is classed among the reputable and respected citizens of the town.
