ED DILLON Ed Dillon, 60, passed away May 23, 2001, in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born July 29, 1940 the son of Wilfred and Mildred Dillon in Sweet Springs, Missouri. He worked for America Fidelity Group for over 35 years. He was an avid golfer and a member of Peace Lutheran Church. He was also a loving husband, father, and a doting grandfather. He is survived by his wife Janice, of the home; mother, Mildred Dillon, Lee's Summit; one son, David Dillon and his wife Rebecca, Dallas, TX; one daughter, DeAnn Hanson and her husband Dave, Leawood, KS; one sister, Marilyn Mickey-Clay, Lee's Summit. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Elizabeth and William Hanson; two nieces, Ann Burns and Laurel Reed; and one nephew, Robert Mickey. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilfred "Bud" Dillon. Memorial services were held Saturday, May 26, 2001 at Peace Lutheran Church in Edmond.
